EASY TO USE KITCHEN

When you have the chance to renovate your kitchen, it is best to re-layout this space of the house based on the workflow. Blum, one of the leading brands for mechanisms. has suggested to divide your kitchen into five kitchen zones (as shown in the image below), regardless of the size of the area. For right-handed users, consumables, non-consumables, cleaning, preparation and cooking should be laid out clockwise. For left-handed users, in the reverse order. The preparation zone is the main work area and should be at least 90 cm wide. If you have proper spacing in your kitchen, it will make your time spent in the kitchen more enjoyable.


If everything is accessible, then workflows become simple. You may consider pull-outs instead of swing doors, drawer guides which can be fully extended, proper placing of not-so and frequently used items and use of inner dividing systems to tidy-up your storage.
